Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, inaugurated in 2008 in Alfamén, Spain, spans an impressive 40,000 m². This vast infrastructure supports a daily production capacity of 48,582 painted shelves, 72,322 metres of painted uprights, and 62,320 metres of painted beams. This massive scale ensures we offer “the largest collection in the world,” featuring thousands of parts, racks, and workbenches to cater to every need.

Simonrack products are manufactured using high-quality steel with certified origin, quality, and thickness. The manufacturing process incorporates advanced industrial designs and the latest production techniques.
The Engineering Department of Estanterías Simón, S.L. guarantees the load capacity, technical data of raw materials, and safety of the acquired products. The certified load capacity refers to a uniformly distributed load over the shelf. Importantly, the beams are designed to recover their original shape after the load is removed, meaning the deflection experienced by the shelf should be less than the shelf’s length divided by 200 (L/200).
Many Simonrack products, particularly the “boltless” systems like SIMONCLICK, are designed for easy and fast assembly. Estimated assembly times are provided, with some products taking as little as 9 minutes. All products are certified for safe handling and assembly.
